Changed your mind about your order? No problem, please see our returns policy below:

You can return any item by contacting the seller within 14 days.
Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.
We are unable to accept any items that have been returned outside of the time period above, or that are worn or in an unsellable condition. Any items returned outside of this timeframe will be returned to you.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
Please get a proof of postage receipt and keep this until your refund has been successfully processed

How to Return

We strive to provide wedding decor and products that you love and are happy with. If unfortunately your item arrives damaged then don't worry, we will get it sorted for you.

Please take pictures and send us an email with them attached, detailing the issues.

If you change your mind or have just ordered the wrong size, we have got you covered:

Package your items in the original packaging
For your item to qualify for a refund, it must be in its original, unworn and undamaged condition
All returns must have an order number inside for refunds to be successfully applied.
Drop us an email explaining the reason for your return and we will send you the returns address

Please note that all returns shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
